Based in Ghent, Coeur Catering has built over twenty years of expertise in event catering with a philosophy of 'catering with a heart.' Their cuisine ranges from accessible classics to bold, adventurous dishes — always refined, always seasonal. Sustainability sits at the core of everything they do: they work exclusively with local producers, prioritise seasonal ingredients, and actively reduce waste at every stage. That commitment earned them the Gault&Millau Sustainability Catering Award in 2024, and in 2025 they became the first Belgian caterer to achieve B Corp certification. Beyond catering, the Coeur family also runs STAMcafé and Rooftop Gaston, bringing the same values to every hospitality format. They also partner with Go Forest through their 'Coeur for the planet' programme, funding reforestation projects alongside their day-to-day operations.
